I'm having the same problem (CATVids 9.37, Internet.dll v184). It started just a couple of days ago with TV series downloads. I can download the Video info but the Contents (episodes) constantly have a timeout error. Movies download fine. CATvids download error_2019-11-01.jpg Anyone else having this...
I separate the episodes into seasons. If you do the same, then just drag the "last" season (season 1) header up to the top of the contents window listing. It will move all the sub contents (the episodes) up to the top with it. I took a screenshot to show what I mean.... Ron
