The best I've ran across is My Collection Explorer 2002. I bought with it the stamp modules, so I have stamp info and photos from 1847 to 2004. It's really a great program and I still use it on my XP laptop have. Believe it or not, the site, worldcoinsexplorer.com, is now an adult dating/sex, and I have not been able to find anything on the program in many, many years.
