blue screen

can anyone support?

Of late when starting catraxx, my w10 goes to blue screen // SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION //

recently my w10 got updated a few times. could the problem lie there?

i already reinstalled catraxx to no avail.

the error seems to pertain to cldflt.sys (mentioned on the bluescreen).

According to the referenced article it could be malware. Have a read of https://www.file.net/process/cldflt.sys.html . If you can do a file search and find cldflt.sys in any place other that c:\system32 directory then you can either delete it or, safely rename it to,say, xcldflt.sys. Good luck!
