Before the end of 2017 the board will be down for a brief period of time for an upgrade.
Past experience says less than 30 minutes but I can't predict the future.
Also, there is a high probability that the forum will move to a different host, but that will not happen in 2017.
Thanks,
Doug

Thanks Doug !

I'm actually working with the 2 rivals : BookCat and BookCollectors.
Since one year, I prepared how to migrate without loosing too much datas and seeing the major differences. And listing all the work to do on Book Collector after a definitive move : huge !
Book Collector is improving little every month ( and a big one sometimes ) but mostly about online services ( synchro with their online database, and with the mobile application ).
Bookcat is working very well with my 2 computers running Vista Pro and the one running 8.1 Pro, I also decided to stay with Bookcat for my bibliographies, and Bookcollector for my wishlists ( use of the mobile application in shops )

But the possible problems with Windows 10 may change this.
I wait a little more ...

I hope this forum will be useful for us all.

Mainly time. No cost at the moment as I'm using available services with my personal account. If the forum gets too big I may have to split it out but I don't think that it will happen anytime soon.

Hi Doug and hello from Germany,
I'm new here and wanted to reply a message. Unfortunately, this was not yet possible. My question:
after how many posts in this forum you are able to send messages as a member?
