Hello Doug,

Thanks for doing all this work! It's nice to have the sounding board back in operation.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you Doug for hosting this site, and to Fredrik for doing what he can to keep all of the CAT Databases working for as long as possible. I am a longtime Catraxx user. I have tried all of the alternatives, but NONE come close to the functionality of Catraxx. Catraxx is the piece of software I use most on my computer and I hope to keep it running for many years into the future.

Thanks to everyone for their continued support of these excellent programs!

Pat

Hi everyvbody,

many thanks to Doug for his work on this forum.
I'm still happy with catraxx and would like to use it for always and ever.
Don't know, how to cataloug without catraxx.
BTW:
In need of a software for cataloging my DVDs I bought the software of the collectorz-series - but unfortunately I'm not happy with this.
It is really a pity that catvid is no longer available...

I can only suggest these two for video
Readerware(http://www.readerware.com) Books, Music, Video
Code:Aero (http://www.codeaero.com) Movie, Music
Record Collector

I was looking at the "nizer" programs this morning.
Shows promise but they are a "young" program.

Movienizer, Musicnizer, Booknizer are created by a team of Russian programmers
I use many years Movienizer, but if you can use this license to the other programs (depending on the license)

The "nizer" programs look interesting ... but expensive. $60 for a lifetime license. And I asked about the $39 annual license; at the end of the year, the program reverts back to trial mode!

I have a lifetime license, and I was given by programmers to have helped to translate the program in Italian :D
