Updating Program Issue

Been awhile since I've done a update.
But today downloaded the setupfile, clicked on it to run it and install the update and I get the message.

C\....(file location)..... \bookcat_setup.exe is not a valid win32 application.
with a 'OK' button. click ok and of course it just closes the error message.

any ideas?

First, redownload and trying again.

I recall some else have a similar Win32 issue but I don't recall the resolution and I cannot find the post. Let's hope the redownload is the trick.

Have you tried turning off your anti-virus software?

Yeah, thats not the issue either.
