Problems with EXPORT > HTML

Post by DougWilliams » Sat Dec 03, 2016 2:40 pm

Anyone else experiencing problems exporting HTML?
The default, and my own, each experience the root folder not being considered by the child pages when in frames.
Tried multiple databases and even a custom code-based export to no success.

With help from Roxie2401 (Thomas) I've identified the problem.
Under the "List and "Detail Page" tabs there is the Page Properties. If the "Folder" field is filled in (i do to help organize the pages), the Artists link in the frames don't use it. If the "Folder" field is blank, it works as expected.

It is strange that even the code based export that was created by LotsoCds (Dave) has the "root" folder problem. So I'm thinking something must have changed in the Export routine with v9.47.

Unfortunately I do not have any previous version 9 CATraxx installs to test. :(

I was able to test with v9.46 and the issue is there as well.
I'm pretty sure v9.45 worked correctly as that was around for quite a while I I had updated my collection pages on my website earlier this year.
Anyone have a v9.45 install?

A little back and forth between Al (a Facebook user) and Thomas, and I was able to try 9.45 and 9.44 and 9.44 worked!
So we now know the issue started with 9.45. What we can do about it is still unknown. I will drop a message to Fredrik to see if the fix can be included with a new install. Fingers crossed.
