I think the answer is "No" but I thought I'd ask.
I'd like to enter an album once and then use Box Set as a way to re-create the weekly charts.
I've gone the path of entering the Weekly Chart as album and the album as a track and it...works. But then looking at the albums that i own and the ones I do not, is difficult.
Can an album be in more than one Box Set.

The first idea that comes to mind - use custom genre ("Weekly Chart", for example) to group required albums.
Then you add a layout based on filter for your custom genre and voila!
This way you can do monthly charts etc using months as sub-genre... or maybe even years if you require it - you got the idea.
