Glitch when adding from albums from discogs that include "Index Tracks".

Post by BeenUsingItForever » Thu Apr 05, 2018 3:14 pm

I've noticed a slight glitch when adding an album from discogs when the *first track* of disc 2 (or disc 3) is an "index track".

Take this example..
https://www.discogs.com/Various-Commerc ... e/11221070

When importing, it adds CD3 tracks to CD2, like this...

Disc 1:
01 - (12:22) Mid Tempo Floorfillers - Part 1
02 - (5:04) Havana (Soulful House Remix) - Camila Cabello & Young Thug
03 - (13:40) Megastar Chart Remixes 2017 - Part 1
04 - (6:05) Leading Ladies Vs. Dream Girls - One Night Only Mix
05 - (5:33) Wolves Vs. Starships
06 - (8:10) Retro Mix 8 - Evelyn King - Evelyn King
07 - (4:04) Galway Girl - Ed Sheeran
08 - (4:19) Celebrations Triple Tracker
09 - (11:38) Dua Lipa Hitmix - Dua Lipa
10 - (8:30) Stars Over 45 - Part 1
11 - (23:44) Pop Dance Hits Mix 2017 - Part 1 <== this should be Disc 2 / Track 1
12 - (0:00) Pop Dance Hits Mix 2017 - Part 2 <== this should be Disc 2 / Track 2

Disc 2:
01 - (6:14) Outside (The MSK Band Remix) - George Michael
02 - (12:21) Cool Pop 2017 - Part 1
03 - (5:47) Show Me Love (DMC Sunshine House Remix 2017) - Robin S.
04 - (14:21) Best Of Big Room Mixtape 2017
05 - (3:56) Madonna Vs. Martin Garrix - Like A Pizza Mix (Mash-Up)
06 - (10:00) Best Of Urban 2017 Mix
07 - (3:20) Lady Gaga Vs. Jason Derulo - Lucky Love Game Mix
08 - (22:51) Best Of Club 2017 - Part 1 <== this should be Disc 3 / Track 1
09 - (0:00) Best Of Club 2017 - Part 2 <== this should be Disc 3 / Track 2

Disc 3:
01 - (5:22) Free (Soulful House Remix 2017) - Ultra Naté
02 - (19:58) Commercial Latin Hits 2017 Mix - Part 1
03 - (0:00) Commercial Latin Hits 2017 Mix - Part 2
04 - (11:55) Down Tempo Pop Hits 2017 - Part 1
05 - (8:40) 80s Power Mix
06 - (10:40) Rock & Roll Jukebox Jive Mix

As seen in the above example, the problem repeats until the importing software hits a non-index track, then it correctly moves on to the next disc.

It also seems to work fine with index tracks that aren't at the start of the disc.

I'm not complaining, just flagging this up in case someone has found a workaround :-)
