Have you tried what is mentioned in the help file?

Personally, I scan and stitch each album cover using a large format scanner and Microsoft ICE (It's free) so I only have to stitch two images instead of four. Then it's just a simple matter of dragging from the File Explorer to the CATraxx record.

Doug is correct the help file has all the info :)

I usually take an image from the web for lesser albums via copy image and then right click in the cover section and paste the picture in. If it is something that I am precious about having my own record like a transition copy that is unique or a splatter vinyl I copy and paste my own images after I cropped them in Photoshop.

Works a treat.
